Citi at critical levels

Well folks, you all know that I have been working on the paradigm of a diagonal triangle, and provided for a throw-over at the end of the 5th leg of the pattern. This throw over has happened last night and we should ideally look for a strong close today. Take a look a the chart and you can decide for yourself.

Congrats on your call of bounce in S&P from the 830 level. Served me well today :)

Citi breached your wedge today. What is your call at this point?

  2. Ramki says:

The wedge does looks to have broken on the wrong side and so will look to exit this stock when the S&P500 reaches above 1000. One of the costly lessons that I have learned long back is not to acknowledge when I am wrong, and to hold on to a losing position when my own analysis tells me to get out and look at something else.
